 Celebrate the Holidays with Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Peppermint Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional garnishes – whipped cream, marshmallow, candy canes
  1. In a small sauce pan over low heat, add milk and chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the sugar and peppermint extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour into festive holiday mugs and top with garnish, if desired.
  4. ENJOY!
