FINAL PHASE GRAND OPENING:  Three families chose their homesites this month, and only a few remain at De Young Summit at The Preserve, our private gated new home community in Friant, Madera County, in the Sierra foothills near Millerton Lake, where 19 homesites make up the entire community and this Final Phase completes it. Life at Summit is measured in acres: 2,100 of rolling foothills and ravines, homesites up to 13,072 square feet, and trails winding to the Latitude 37 Clubhouse with its fitness center, pool, and entertaining spaces. Millerton Lake is minutes away. Our Icon Series new home floorplans range from 2,042 to 3,627 square feet, single-story and two-story layouts, with up to five bedrooms, four-car garage options, and multi-generational layouts. Every home is a signature De Young SmartHome, personalized one-on-one at the De Young Design Studio and guided by our SmartJourney program, built by three generations of the same family across more than 50 years and 8,000 homes.

Summit is now more than half sold, with new homes from the mid $500s. The few premium homesites left have wrought iron rear fences that look out to open space rather than another home.
