✨ Ashley, Ryan, and Brandon De Young returned ready to battle — each determined to claim the crown as they pulled out all the stops to deck out three fully furnished model homes at the De Young Armstrong Welcome Center with unforgettable holiday décor. 🎄 The best part? YOU helped decide the winner by touring the homes, casting your votes, and entering for a chance to win the $5,000 Holiday Cash Giveaway. And after a season of spirited rivalry and spectacular design… 🏆 Team Ashley officially took the title for Season 2! Plus, congratulations to our $5,000 Holiday Cash Giveaway winner, Laura East! If you missed the excitement, come tour the homes at Armstrong & Clinton to see the floorplans that stole the show — and learn how you could build your own dream home from De Young Properties.
🎁 CONGRATULATIONS, LAURA EAST — WINNER OF THE $5,000 HOLIDAY CASH GIVEAWAY! Talk about holiday serendipity — our $5,000 Holiday Cash winner, Laura East, was actually at the event when we called to share the news! Not only did Laura vote for Team Ashley, she also happens to be a Designer Flower Center loyal patron — making this Season 2 outcome feel extra special and perfectly fitting for the winning house theme. Thank you to everyone who toured, voted, and entered. Moments like this are what make Sibling Showdown so fun — you never know who the next winner might be!
Thanks to our $5,000 Charity Donation Sponsor, Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU), each sibling decorated a model home at our Armstrong & Clinton location for the holidays and represented a local charity — and your engagement helped us give back!
Because of the incredible community participation:
✨ $3,000 was donated to Poverello House through Team Ashley’s winning Magic Mistletoe House
✨ $1,000 was donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
✨ $1,000 was donated to Habitat for Humanity
Thank you to EECU and everyone who voted — your involvement made a real difference for local nonprofits this season.
