The 2024 “Supreme 7teen” St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, built by sponsor De Young Properties was given away to Connie Medina-Flores who was selected as the lucky winner of the approximately 2,600 square foot home in the De Young Summerlin Walk located in Fresno during the May 5 Giveaway on FOX26.
With the incredible support of the community, who dug deep into their pockets and donated, the 2024 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign successfully raised $929,500 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our community should be applauded for using their hard-earned dollars to support this important cause.
Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 17 St. Jude homes, helping to raise over $16.5 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

Tickets to win the house were available to the public starting in February with all proceeds benefitting St. Jude. In addition, thousands of visitors toured the home leading up to the ticket drawing.
