De Young Properties Announces The 2024 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway Weekend Tours Happening Now Through May 4

De Young Properties, FOX26, valued trade partners and business affiliates participated in the 2024 “Supreme 17” St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, March 2. NOW through May 4, you have the opportunity to tour the highly-anticipated St. Jude Dream Home every weekend.

Reserve your ticket for just $100 for the opportunity to win this new home. The earlier you reserve your ticket, the more prizes you can win! The approximately 2,616 sq. ft. home in the De Young Summerlin Walk Community located in a newly-established Fresno neighborhood is valued at $575,000 and will be offered as the grand prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 16 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $15.5 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,500 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising more than $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.
