Seller will provide Buyer with a fantastic incentive package that can be allocated to some or all of the above. De Young Mortgage, Inc. representatives will assist Buyer with the determination of the most beneficial allocation. Any remaining amount not allocated to Closing Costs may be allocated to Points or Interest Rate Buydown.
