Meet the Gutierrez family, proud owners of a De Young home! This is the story of their homebuying experience, from the moment when their journey began, through the construction building process, and finally, to life after moving into their new De Young Home.

Gustavo and Carmen Gutierrez lived in Los Angeles with very busy work schedules, but they were dreaming about moving from the city and buying a new home. Since they had limited free time to spend traveling to tour model homes, they knew that their search for a new home was going to rely heavily on the internet. The online search for their dream home paid off when they discovered De Young Properties on Instagram!

The digital tools available on De Young Properties’ website including 3D virtual tours, interactive floorplans and videos were especially helpful for the Gutierrez family because it allowed them to explore new homes whenever it was convenient for them. After binge-watching many De Young video tours, they knew it was time to visit a De Young Welcome Center in person. This was just the beginning of their homebuying journey!
