Join us Saturday, May 19 for the Model Home Center Grand Opening event from 9:30am – 6pm at the new Leonard Welcome Center on Leonard and Dakota, south of Ashlan in Clovis. The Grand Opening event will include a chef demonstration in a De Young Properties gourmet kitchen, live music, fun and games for the kids and opportunities to speak with valued trade partners and a De Young Mortgage Loan Officer. About the Models

The new Model Home Center will include five incredible new model homes featuring some of De Young Properties’ most popular floorplans. These models range from 1,600 to 3,290 square feet, offering you a new opportunity to tour a range of home sizes and floorplans to find a new home that perfectly suits the needs of your family.
