As the leaves are changing and the weather is cooling, now is the perfect time to take advantage of the wonderful Fall activities around Fresno and Clovis!

The air is clearing up and there are lots of fun activities for adults and families alike. From wine, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin patches and corn mazes, you are sure to find some fabulous Fall fun right in your own backyard!

Fresno State Winery presents its annual Fall tasting of new releases. This year’s “Flavor of Fall” will feature recent award winning vintages and Wine Club private stocks. Fresno State student winemakers will be the pouring wines, and there will be local BBQ, Fresno State sausage and local cheeses. Most wines poured will be offered for sale at yard sale prices! Get your tickets in advance and save 30 percent!

2. Fresno Zombie Crawl

It is time to prepare for the 6th Annual Zombie Crawl!! Get dressed as a zombie and crawl from bar to bar through Fresno’s historic Tower District! Meet in the Tower District’s Bank of America Parking lot at 7:30pm and the Crawl starts at 8pm. It is encourage to meet in the parking lot as there are some Zombie items you might need for the crawl.

Halloween at Hobb’s Grove is exactly what one would hope for when desiring the ultimate haunted Halloween experience. Creepy and mysterious yet frighteningly fun, you know you’ve entered another world from the time you enter the driveway. Throughout the entire month of October, check out the haunted forest, haunted house or haunted hay ride, or all three! An evening at Hobbs Grove is sure to send chills up your spine and give you some Halloween fright!

4. The 2015 Big Fresno Fair

The Big Fresno Fair is back and bigger than ever! Go check out all of the delicious fair food, fun fair rides and games and star-studded concert lineup. There’s live horse-racing, livestock auctions, gem and agricultural exhibits and lots of exciting grounds entertainment, there’s fun for the whole family at this year’s Big Fresno Fair. 5. Fresno State Football

Support your Fresno State Bulldogs and root them to victory as they take on teams at Bulldog Stadium! Nothing beats a tailgate and some weekend football with your family and friends and this enjoyable Fall weather. They only have four more home games this season, get your tickets now!

6. Zoo Boo

The entire Chaffee Zoo will be decorated on special evenings of trick-or-treating, carnival games, live entertainment and animal attractions. Get lost in the hay maze, play carnival games (extra charges may apply) and dance the night away to kid-friendly music in Dracula’s Disco. Children are encouraged to dress in costumes, preferably non-scary.

7. Zombie Survival Crawl 2015

Pumpkin patches as you know are fun for people of all ages – have a little fall photo shoot with your kids by the pumpkins and hay, go on a date to pick out and carve pumpkins, or go with your friends and just sip some hot chocolate and enjoy the weather!
