Nearly 150,000 individual votes were cast during the six-week voting period that kicked off at the beginning of September and De Young Properties is excited to announce that we have earned recognition in not ONE, but TWO of these categories. First, as one of the Central Valley’s Best Home Builders and second, as one of the Best Central Valley Companies Supporting Local Charities!

To advance this mission, De Young recently announced a new community, De Young RidgeView. Located in Clovis, De Young RidgeView, is among the first Zero Energy communities in the San Joaquin Valley and includes 58 grid connected homes designed with the potential to produce as much clean energy as they consume in a year.
Our floorplans start in the $300’s and are 1,760 – 3,820 square feet with up to seven bedrooms, allowing the homeowner to enjoy their spacious surroundings. These SmartHomes with up to four car garages offer a wide variety of selections to flex the floorplan including Multi-Generational and a first floor bedroom suite allowing homebuyers to personalize their De Young home to their lifestyle.
The family tradition extends beyond building homes. Our team contributes time and resources to strive to better the local Central Valley community as much as possible. Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a major donor and builder of 12 St. Jude Dream Homes, helping to raise $11,628,545 to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley. De Young Properties was also the major builder and donor of a new home for a local hero on the Emmy-award winning ABC television show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Whether raising funds for children or supporting local schools, non-profits and community groups, De Young gives dreams and hope to our community.
