4. Where do you see the Central Valley Real Estate market going in 2023?
Right now, the market is going up slowly. All the people that are living in rental homes/apartments are still wanting to move into new homes – which is a good sign. Even though rates have increased, people are still purchasing homes because it allows them to save some kind of money and helps them to build equity vs. renting a house. Right now, the housing market is competitive. Prices are good at this moment and I encourage people to go for it and purchase their new home.
