De Young Properties, Celebrity Design Ambassador Michael Moloney, FOX26 and valued trade partners and business affiliates participated in the 2018 St. Jude Dream Home Ribbon Cutting Ceremony last week. You now have the opportunity to tour the St. Jude Dream Home, every weekend through October 21. Reserve a ticket for only $100 for the opportunity to win a new home. The approximate 2,144 sq. ft. home in the De Young Trailside community located in Clovis is valued at $405,000 and will be offered as the first place prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

This year’s campaign has been named “A Dozen Dream Homes” to commemorate De Young’s 12th year of raising funds for the inspiring patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home for the past 11 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $10.6 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising another $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.
