Official Rules for the $150 VISA Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor
   The giveaway is sponsored by De Young Properties, located at 677 W. Palmdon Drive Suite 208 Fresno CA 93704.

2. Eligibility
   Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of De Young Properties, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must vote virtually for their favorite designed model home using the provided link. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Period
   The giveaway begins on January 25th at 10am PST and ends on January 25, 2025, at 2:30pm PST (the "Promotion Period").

5. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a $150 VISA Gift Card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $150. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will take place on or about January 25, 2025. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds of Winning
   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Publicity
   By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions
   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical issues affecting entry submissions.

10. Release of Liability
    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless De Young Properties, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Privacy
    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at privacy policy.

12. Disputes
    The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fresno, California].
