4. Our SUPPORT For Giving

We are proud of the variety of ways we give back to our community from Habitat for Humanity to St. Agnes Medical Foundation, but what truly brings joy to our hearts is our involvement in the St. Jude Dream Home. We just selected the winner of the 16th St. Jude Dream Home, resulting in over $15.5 million being raised to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and their mission to end childhood cancer, as well as provide life-saving treatment to the kids being treated at St. Jude. It is because of the support of our team, our trade partners and our community that we are able to raise these funds! We are wholeheartedly grateful to everyone who gave their time, expertise, resources and money to another sold-out Dream Home!



5. Our RECOGNITION For Commitment to Our Community

We are honored and humbled each time we are recognized for our innovation, industry leadership and philanthropic efforts. Every honor we receive serves as a welcomed reminder of the hard work, dedication and passion of our team. This year, we had the pleasure and honor of being recognized as the St. Jude Builder of the Year at the 2022 St. Jude Builder Summit, and also have been recognized as “Best New Homebuilder” for the Fresno Bee’s 2022 Best of the Central Valley Award – making us a 12x recipient! In addition to these incredible honors, cofounder of De Young Properties, Paula De Young was honored as the 2022 “Remarkable Women” for the National “Nexstar Woman of the Year” Award. Paula was recognized for this amazing achievement for her contributions to our community through her philanthropic efforts.
