What to Expect at the Final Phase VIP Preview
On July 18 from 11 AM to 1 PM, guests on our RSVP list will walk the Final Phase homesites with our team and get a first look at homesite shapes, sizes, and premiums before they're released to the public. You'll also see available Icon Series floorplans and elevations, hear pre-grand opening details and timelines, and have one-on-one time with a De Young New Home Specialist to answer every question.
The event is hosted at our newly revealed Icon 320 model home, the largest floorplan at Summit at approximately 3,600 square feet, fully personalized from the chef-inspired kitchen to the double-sided fireplace in the flex room. And because a community is more than its homesites, we'll also be touring the Latitude 37 Clubhouse together, from the resort-quality fitness center to the pool and entertaining spaces. Refreshments, drinks, and light bites will be served while you take in the panoramic views of The Preserve.
