We are proud to announce that De Young Properties Sierra Crest community was named “Community of the Year” by Green Home Builder Magazine for 2016!

The “Community of the Year” award is presented to the community that receives the most votes from the readers of Green Home Builder Magazine. The voting is posted to GHB’s website in the fall and is also sent out in the magazine’s newsletter. We would like to thank all of our customers and followers for supporting us and giving us your vote!

The De Young Sierra Crest community is a 39-home site with lots up to 9,795 square feet. These large lots provide families with large backyards along with beautiful mountain views.
