De Young Properties takes pride in our dedication to serving our local community, and this weekend marks a special anniversary for us in our endeavor to give back to the area we call home. In January of 2009, De Young Properties built a home for a local hero on the Emmy-Award winning television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

To celebrate the anniversary of this special home and to continue our commitment to the Valley community, we are offering extreme savings through Monday, January 15. These savings truly live up to the title of “extreme” –  you have the opportunity to receive thousands of dollars in financing and personal selections in the De Young Design Studio, offered in celebration of Fresno’s one and only Extreme Makeover: Home Edition home.

Nine years ago, De Young Properties joined forces with the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition design team and the Fresno community to give back to a local hero, Mary Ann Riojas. Inspired by Mary Ann’s own commitment to our community, we jumped at the chance to build a beautiful, quality-constructed, energy-efficient and certified green home for Mary Ann and her four children, better suited for their special needs.

As a three generation homebuilder, the De Young Properties team is proudly rooted in the San Joaquin Valley, having built over 7,000 homes throughout the area. Our team lives here, raises our families here and shares a deep commitment to serving our community. As part of this commitment, we are dedicated to supporting beneficial programs and groups, donating both our time and resources to causes that matter.
