Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Raises $1,000,000 For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

The 2020 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, built by sponsor De Young Properties was given away to Maria Rincon of Henderson, Nevada who was selected as the lucky winner of the 1,740 square foot home in the De Young EnVision community located in Clovis during the November 22 Giveaway on FOX26.

With overwhelming support by the community, who dug deep into their pockets and donated, the 2020 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway successfully raised $1,000,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our community should be applauded for using their hard-earned dollars to support this important cause especially with a complete sell out of all 10,000 tickets four days in advance of the Giveaway Show.

Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 14 St. Jude homes, helping to raise $13,577,645 to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

Tickets to win the house were available to the public starting in September with all proceeds going to St. Jude.

The 2020 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, located in De Young EnVision in Clovis, is a popular floorplan from De Young. The Residence 180 offers three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a dining room and a 2 car garage on a generous sized homesite.
