De Young Properties Breaks Ground on the 12th St. Jude Dream Home
This week, De Young Properties celebrated a dozen dreams by breaking ground on their 12th St. Jude Dream Home that will be given away to a lucky winner this October. The Groundbreaking Ceremony, covered live by FOX 26, included major donor and builder De Young Properties, trade partners, business affiliates and volunteers. The 2,144 sq. ft. home in the De Young Trailside at Loma Vista community located in Clovis will be offered as the first place prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
This year’s campaign has been named “A Dozen Dream Homes” to commemorate De Young’s 12th year of raising funds for the inspiring patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home for the past 11 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $10.6 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

The Grand Prize Home – Residence 210i
The 2018 St. Jude Dream Home is one of the most popular De Young floorplans, the Residence 210i with a beautiful Cottage elevation, and will offer three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a formal dining room, spacious den and a beautiful, open-air courtyard. Celebrity Designer Michael Moloney will also be donating his design talent and resources once again as Design Ambassador for this year’s St. Jude Dream Home.
