2. Verano at Tesoro Viejo Debuts, Reveals New Discover Series Collection of Floorplans

De Young Properties became the newest homebuilder at the award-winning master-planned community, Tesoro Viejo located in Hillside Village – offering convenient access to natural open spaces, resort-style amenities, nearby schools, Town Center and Ranch House. De Young debuted its Discover Series collection, which includes four new single- and two-story floorplan designs, ranging from approximately 1,515 to 2,313 square feet of fresh, modern, livable homes with up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and offers one-stop shopping with several curated designer packages, allowing homebuyers a quick, easy and fun process. 3. De Young Properties Recognized by the Fresno Bee and The Business Journal

For the 11th time, De Young Properties was recognized as the Fresno Bee People’s Choice Award recipient for Best New Home Builder. In addition, De Young Properties was also awarded The Business Journal’s Best of the Valley for Best Homebuilder for an eighth time. These honors are awarded annually by the Fresno Bee and The Business Journal based on votes received from the community. We are grateful for the continued support of our community!

4. Upper Legacy Square Launches; Sells Nearly 50% of Available Homesites

De Young Properties’ Upper Legacy Square Virtual Pre-Grand Opening in November 2021 was a HUGE success with almost 50% of homesites sold! This new community is located in scenic East Clovis in the greater Loma Vista master-planned community in the Clovis Unified School District, and within minutes from your favorite shopping and entertainment spots. These spacious homesites feature the Icon Series with floorplans ranging from 1,904 – 3,954 square feet.

5. De Young Successfully Raises $1,000,000 with 15th St. Jude Dream Home ®

For the last 15 years, the overwhelming support of the community who have continuously donated has made a tremendous impact on the lives of many families. The 2021 St. Jude Dream Home successfully reached its goal by selling out of all 10,000 tickets two-days prior to the giveaway and raising $1,000,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 15 St. Jude homes, helping to raise $14.5 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. The 2021 St. Jude Dream Home was given away to Mark Alson of Fresno who was selected as the lucky winner of the approximately 2,144 sq. ft. home in the De Young Trailside II at Loma Vista community in Clovis.

6. Crown Point Launches – Offering Two Products with Only a Few Left Remaining

De Young Crown Point, located in Fresno on Armstrong and Dakota was launched virtually in June 2021. The community's prime location within minutes of shopping and entertainment options offers the Discover and Icon Series floorplans. This community has already sold more than 30 homes since its first phase Pre-Grand Opening with only a few homes now remaining!

7. Trailside II Community Sells Out

De Young Properties successfully sold out at Trailside II community in the final days of 2021! These move-in ready homes located at Loma Vista provide homeowners with easy access to park and walking trails, as well as nearby shopping and entertainment.

8. De Young Properties’ Heart & Home Podcast Continues to Serve Buyers

In 2020, we first launched our “Heart & Home” podcast as a way to simplify the homebuying process and help future homeowners every step of the way. We have continued to do this with use of our podcast addressing the step-by-step breakdown of homebuying, designing and financing your brand-new dream home – all from the family of thoughtful leaders behind De Young Properties. The podcast continues to help homebuyers prepare to for the journey of creating their brand-new dream home!

9. CVLUX Magazine 2021 Luxury Awards Nominee

De Young Properties had the honor of being nominated for the CVLUX Magazine 2021 Luxury Awards in the Best Builder category. Based on votes received from the public and awarded annually, CVLUX recognizes the top businesses in the Central Valley by presenting the best of the best with Luxury Awards.
