The transformation is beginning! Framing is completed. Electrical and windows have been installed, and even roofing has started!

De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s Sweet 16 campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This will be our 16th St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 15 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $14.5 million for the hospital to date.

A limited number of tickets will be available in the hopes of raising more than $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

Last year tickets sold out, so stay tuned for when they go on sale this Fall!
