Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway Raises $863,300 For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – Here’s Who Won!

De Young Properties Thanks Business Affiliates and Community for the Success of the
“Igni19 Dreams” 2026 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

It’s All For The Kids!
The “Igni19 Dreams” 2026 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway house, built by donor and sponsor De Young Properties was given away to Henry Fernandez of Fowler, who was selected as the lucky winner of the approximate 1,826 square foot home in our newest community, De Young at The Landing, located in Fresno during the May 7 Giveaway on FOX26!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, the 2026 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign successfully raised $863,300 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave from the heart, as well as their hard-earned dollars, to support this vital cause.

Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 19 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway houses, helping to raise over $18.1 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live.

“At De Young Properties, we are deeply grateful for the continued support of our community! We believe it's our responsibility to help others and the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to end childhood cancer resonates profoundly with us. Their bold and compassionate pursuit of a cure is truly inspiring and the money raised from this campaign is an investment in cures that move faster than cancer. We’re honored to support their life-saving care as the sponsor and builder of our ‘Igni19 Dreams’ St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway,” said Paula De Young, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of De Young Properties.

“Our shared values drive us to do more, not just in building homes, but in building hope. With each home, we carry forward our promise of trusted quality, innovation and care – knowing that when we build with heart and intention, we help make a difference beyond the walls. Together, we stand with St. Jude to create a future where every child has a chance to thrive, both globally and right here in the Central Valley.”

De Young Properties combines their donation and efforts with the generous help of trade partners and business affiliates who donate their time, labor and resources to build this quality crafted home. Special thanks to major donors:

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated trades and business partners, the De Young team, media and prize sponsors, donors and volunteers who stand with us in the fight against pediatric cancer. We are truly proud to work alongside each of you. Because of your generosity and commitment, critical research continues to advance, bringing hope to countless children and families. It’s all for the kids.”

Tickets to win the house were available to the public starting in February with all proceeds benefitting St. Jude. In addition, thousands of visitors toured the home leading up to the ticket drawing.
