De Young Properties Thanks Business Affiliates and Community for the Success of the “Sweet 16” St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway


The 2022 “Sweet 16” St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, built by sponsor De Young Properties was given away to Nancy Torres of Reedley who was selected as the lucky winner of the approximately 1,826 square foot home in the De Young Crown Point located in a well-established Fresno neighborhood during the November 20 Giveaway on FOX26.


With the incredible support of the community, who dug deep into their pockets and donated, the 2022 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign successfully raised $1,000,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our community should be applauded for using their hard-earned dollars to support this important cause.

Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 16 St. Jude homes, helping to raise over $15.5 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

Tickets to win the house were available to the public starting in September with all proceeds going to St. Jude. In addition, thousands of visitors toured the home leading up to the ticket drawing.
