De Young Properties was recently recognized with a De Young Properties Day Proclamation from the City of Fresno for achieving 50 golden years of business in Central California. We are honored to serve as both the builder and major donor of the Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home®  for the past 17 years, helping to raise over $16.5 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
 
Additionally, De Young Properties had the privilege of being the builder and a donor for two homes gifted to local heroes on the Emmy-winning show, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
