De Young Properties Breaks Ground on 16th St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway House!

This week, De Young Properties celebrated its Sweet 16 of building dreams by breaking ground on their 16th St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house that will be given away to a lucky winner in November. In attendance of the ceremonious Groundbreaking was Bob Whalen, St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Campaign Chairman; Paula De Young, Brandon De Young, Ryan De Young, and fourth generation De Young, Jayden Seibert and his mother, Ashley De Young-Seibert; Mark Thomas and John Limpus of De Young Properties, major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home house. The approximately 1,800 sq. ft. home in De Young Crown Point in the well-established Fresno neighborhood will be offered as the grand prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

It’s All for the Kids!

De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 15 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $14.5 million for the hospital to date. A limited number of tickets will be available in the hopes of raising more than $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.
