Help Us Raise $1,000,000 For St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 18 St. Jude homes, helping to raise over $16.5 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

The prime location of the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house is located within a newly-established Fresno neighborhood. The Residence 160 with the popular Modern Farmhouse elevation offers three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
