The approximately 2,144 sq. ft. home in the De Young Trailside II at Loma Vista community located in scenic Clovis will be offered as the first place prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to help fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
This year’s campaign is De Young’s 15th year of raising funds for the inspiring patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the hope that one day, all kids will live cancer-free. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home for the past 14 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $13.5 million for the hospital to date. This year, only 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising another $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley. De Young Properties combines their contribution and efforts with the generous help of trade partners who also donated their time, labor and resources to build this quality crafted home.
“As a local homebuilder, our family has a three generation history of giving back,” said Paula De Young, Executive Vice President of De Young Properties. “Now on our 15th St. Jude Dream Home, we are honored and humbled that our community has continued to show tremendous support for our business and this important cause each year, helping us raise millions for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Every dollar raised for this incredible research hospital helps contribute to life saving research for children both in the Central Valley and around the world.”
