De Young Properties Helps To Successfully Raise $1,075,100 With Eighth St. Jude Dream Home

The 2014 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home, built by major donor De Young Properties, was given away to Brian and Traci Martin of Clovis who were selected as the lucky winner of the 3,100 sq. ft. home on an expansive 10,485 sq. ft. homesite in the De Young CountrySide community in Clovis during the November 9th live television broadcast on KMPH FOX 26.

This year’s event successfully raised $1,075,100 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a major donor and builder of eight St. Jude Dream Homes, helping to raise $7,608,345 to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds were donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

De Young Properties combines their contribution and efforts with the generous help of our trade partners who donate their time, labor and resources to build this De Young EnergySmart home with the goal of raising money for this important cause. Special thanks to our largest donors, 84 Lumber, G&G Construction, Tri-Valley Plastering, Inc., Ferguson Enterprises of Fresno, General Electric, MV Style Electric, SolarCity, Kitchen Kraft and Cabinet Connection.

“It’s beautiful, it is above a dream home! We saw it for the first time tonight and everything is absolutely gorgeous, from the kitchen to the master bathroom, all the landscaping outside. De Young Properties does an A+ job, no doubt about it,” said Brian Martin, winner of the 2014 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home. His wife Traci added, “what a wonderful job De Young Properties did.”
