Offer valid exclusively for licensed Realty Concepts agents working with clients actively interested in purchasing a new De Young Properties home. To qualify, the agent and client must schedule and attend a verified VIP model home tour with a De Young New Home Specialist at a confirmed date and time, and the agent must register the client on their first visit. The cooperating agent must be the procuring cause of sale to qualify for compensation. All commission rates, bonus amounts, and eligibility are subject to standard De Young Properties policies, cooperating broker agreements, written program guidelines, and state law. All compensation is paid to the cooperating brokerage per state law; broker acknowledgment or approval may be required for individual agent eligibility. Agents must continue to act solely in the best interest of their client at all times — nothing in this program should be construed as encouraging steering or influencing representation advice.

The $1,000 Closing Bonus applies only to select Quick Move-In homes when the buyer contracts by December 31, 2025 and successfully closes escrow no later than January 30, 2026. Incentives, bonuses, drawings, and promotions have no cash value, may not be transferred or combined with other offers unless expressly stated, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice. Attendance at a tour or submission of a VIP request does not guarantee incentive eligibility.
