1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Immediate family and household members of the De Young family are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

• Online Voting Entries: Participants may earn entries by voting in the Sibling Showdown: Season 2 – Holiday at Home event at [website] throughout the season. Each online vote counts as one (1) entry unless otherwise specified.

• Episode Voting Opportunities: Additional entries are available following the airing of specific episodes. After each episode listed below, participants may visit [website] and cast a new vote for another entry:

  • Episode 1 – Introducing Season 2 (October 30, 2025)

  • Episode 4 – Brandon’s Design (November 11, 2025)

  • Episode 7 – Brandon’s Install (November 20, 2025)

  • Episode 10 – Brandon’s Favorites (December 4, 2025)

• Bonus Voting Entries: Certain voting rounds may allow participants to earn additional entries. Details will be announced at the time of each round.

• Grand Finale In-Person Vote: Participants who attend and vote live at the Season 2 Holiday at Home Grand Finale event on December 6, 2025, will receive the largest number of entries available, significantly increasing their chances of winning.

• Mail-In Entries (Free Alternate Method of Entry): To enter without voting, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope to:
  De Young Properties – Holiday Giveaway Entry, [Insert Mailing Address].
  Each mailed entry must be postmarked by November 30, 2025, and received by December 4, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $5,000 in cash. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received across all entry methods. The drawing will take place live during the Season 2 Holiday at Home Grand Finale on December 6, 2025. The winner will also be notified by phone and email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Taxes & Responsibility

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099 may be issued as required by law.

7. Publicity & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless De Young Properties, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize. By accepting the prize, winner grants permission to De Young Properties to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• De Young Properties reserves the right to disqualify any entry for fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these rules.

• Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, CA.
