How does the 2-1 buydown work: During the first year of the mortgage loan, your interest rate is reduced, resulting in the lowest monthly payment. During the second year of your mortgage loan, the rate steps up slightly. From Year Three throughout the remainder of the mortgage loan, your loan reached the standard fixed rate.
When is the TV delivered: TV will be delivered up to 30 days after close of escrow on any eligible De Young new home or quick move-in home.
