Eligibility
The $500 Amazon Gift Card Home Match Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside the State of California and where prohibited by law. Not eligible: Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, partners, contractors, agents, and representatives of De Young Properties (the “Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective in laws and step relations) and household members (whether related or not) of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is sponsored by De Young Properties, 677 W. Palmdon Drive, Suite 208, Fresno, CA 93704. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins December 18, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends January 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are void.

How to Enter
No purchase is required to enter or win. There are two ways to enter.
    A. Survey Entry (Primary Method) Complete the Home Match survey during the Giveaway Period to receive one (1) entry.
    B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without completing the survey, hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope to: De Young Properties – Home Match Giveaway Entry 677 W. Palmdon Drive, Suite 208 Fresno, CA 93704
Mail in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received by January 5, 2026 to be eligible. Each eligible mail in entry receives one (1) entry.

Bonus Entries (Optional)
In addition to the one (1) entry earned by completing the survey, entrants may earn bonus entries during the Giveaway Period as follows.
    A. Book a Tour or Phone Consultation
Schedule and complete a model home tour or phone consultation through the Sponsor’s scheduling link to receive three (3) additional entries. Limit one (1) bonus award per entrant.
    B. Dealbreaker Question
Provide your number one dealbreaker in the survey to receive two (2) additional entries. Limit one (1) bonus award per entrant.
    C. Referral Bonus
    Earn five (5) additional entries if a referred person completes the Home Match survey during the Giveaway Period using the referral method provided by Sponsor, or if the entrant provides the referred person’s information with that person’s express permission and the referred person completes the survey during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) referral bonus award per entrant unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing. Permission requirement: Entrants may only submit another person’s contact information if they have that person’s express permission to do so.
    Entry Limits, Identification, and Prohibited Conduct Unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing, the maximum total entries per person for the Giveaway is eleven (11) entries, calculated as follows: one (1) entry for survey completion (or AMOE) plus up to three (3) entries for a completed tour or consultation, plus two (2) entries for the dealbreaker response, plus five (5) entries for one eligible referral.
    Limit one (1) primary entry per person and per email address. Attempts to exceed stated limits by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, automated systems, scripts, bots, macros, or other mechanical or programmed means are prohibited and may result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize
    One (1) winner will receive one (1) Amazon gift card valued at $500. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. Prize is non transferable. No substitution or cash alternative permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Amazon is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.

Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on January 6, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by email and or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Verification

The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility, including proof of age and California residency. Sponsor may require the winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release where permitted by law. Sponsor may also require completion of an IRS Form W 9 and may issue a Form 1099 as required by law.

Informational Nature of Home Match

The Home Match survey is provided for informational and promotional purposes only. Any information provided by Sponsor, including floorplans, communities, pricing ranges, estimated monthly payments, incentives, features, timelines, renderings, photographs, and availability, is subject to change without notice and does not constitute an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee of pricing, financing, or availability.

Any financing or payment examples are estimates only and subject to lender approval, credit qualification, and applicable terms and conditions.

Communications Consent

By entering through the survey, entrants consent to receive communications from Sponsor via email, phone, and text message, including marketing communications that may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the communication.

Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the Giveaway and to provide the requested Home Match, and, if opted in, for marketing communications from Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell personal information to third parties. Sponsor may share information with service providers that assist with administering the Giveaway, communicating with entrants, and fulfilling the prize. Sponsor’s privacy practices are governed by its Privacy Policy.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by participating, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and city of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
Liability Disclaimers & Release
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or garbled entries, or for technical, hardware, software, network, server, website, or other failures or disruptions of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, conduct the drawing from all eligible entries received prior to termination.
Winner’s Name

Social Platform Notice
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to these platforms.
Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
