2. The Return of the Icon Series at De Young Summit at The Preserve: De Young Properties unveiled De Young Summit at The Preserve in April 2025, introducing a new community in the scenic foothills of Millerton Lake and the return of the De Young legacy floorplans — the Icon Series featuring homes up to 3,627 square feet. Located within a 2,100-acre master-planned environment, the community features flexible single- and two-story homes, spacious homesites, access to trails and convenience and timeless De Young design.
3. De Young at The Landing Makes Its Debut: In August, De Young Properties marked the Pre-Grand Opening of De Young at The Landing, introducing a new gated, master-planned community in a well-established Fresno neighborhood. The community offers pool-sized homesites, nearby parks, Clovis Unified schools and two home series — the Discover Series with modern designs up to 2,626 square feet and the Icon Series featuring expansive layouts up to 3,627 square feet, including select multigenerational options. 4. De Young Properties honored with Family Heritage Award in Family-Owned Business Awards: De Young Properties was honored by the Fresno Business Journal with the inaugural “Family Heritage Award” at the Family-Owned Business Awards, alongside Bonadelle Neighborhoods and McCaffrey Homes. The recognition celebrates three independently owned, multigenerational Central Valley homebuilders carrying forward the legacy and values established by Fresno builder John Bonadelle, Sr., with a continued commitment to craftsmanship, community and family leadership.
5. De Young Properties honored with Homebuilder Award at 2025 People’s Choice Awards: De Young Properties received Silver in the Home Builder category as “Best New Home Builder” at the 2025 Fresno Bee’s Best of Central California” People’s Choice Awards – it has placed in the top 3 for the past 15 years! These annual awards are based on votes received from the community and we are beyond honored that our community chose us as the best!
6. Sibling Showdown: Holiday at Home Returns for a Festive Season of Giving: In fall 2025, De Young Properties brought back its beloved web series, Sibling Showdown: Holiday at Home, presented by Valley Security & Alarm, engaging the Central Valley through festive design, friendly competition and giving back. Season 2 featured siblings Ryan, Ashley, and Brandon De Young transforming model homes at the De Young Armstrong Welcome Center located at Armstrong & Clinton in Fresno, with viewers voting online. The series included the Heart of the Showdown $5,000 Charity Sponsorship by EECU, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and Poverello House, along with a $5,000 Holiday Cash Giveaway sponsored by United Security Bank and memorable Showdown Moments presented by Landscape Connection. The season concluded with a Grand Finale event that crowned Team Ashley De Young, alongside Designer Flower Center and Poverello House, as the Season 2 Champion.
7. De Young Successfully Raises $803,500 With the “Elev18 Hope” St. Jude Dream Home®: De Young Properties built the 2025 “Elev18 Hope” St. Jude Dream Home®, which was awarded to John Jasper of Madera during the May 4 FOX26 Giveaway. Thanks to overwhelming community support, the Central Valley campaign raised $803,500 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2007, De Young Properties has sponsored 18 Dream Homes, helping raise more than $17.3 million to support lifesaving research and care.
8. De Young Nominated as “Best Homebuilder” in CV LUX Awards: For the tenth year, CVLUX invited online readers of the magazine to vote for Central Valley’s favorite businesses through the Luxury Awards. De Young Properties is incredibly humbled to have been nominated as Best Home Builder! Each year, CV LUX recognizes the Central Valley’s favorite businesses in culture, beauty, style, design and cuisine as voted on by the community.
