De Young Properties Breaks Ground on 15th St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house!
This week, De Young Properties celebrated another year of building dreams by breaking ground on their 15th St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house that will be given away to a lucky winner in November. This year, Bob Whalen, St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Campaign Chairman and Brandon De Young of De Young Properties, major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home house, held the ceremonious Groundbreaking. The 2,144 sq. ft. home in the De Young Trailside II at Loma Vista community located in picturesque Clovis will be offered as the first-place prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
It’s All for the Kids!
De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 14 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $13.5 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.
