We are excited to announce that De Young has brought home the 2017 Avid Benchmark Award, recognizing our top-notch scores in customer home-buying experience satisfaction.

Making sure our customers have the best home buying experience is part of our mission. Being recognized for it is just the icing on the cake. This award puts us in the top 25% of the Avid nationwide database, which includes 1,445 qualified homebuyers, that keeps track of New Home Move In Experiencesurveys. These surveys are given to new homebuyers, who fill them out and send them in between purchase and 90 days of owning their home, telling Avid all about their home buying experience.
