2. How does De Young Properties set themselves apart from other homebuilders?
What I love about De Young Properties is their philanthropy. The St. Jude Dream Home program has raised millions and millions of dollars for childhood cancer patients and their families. De Young is truly making a difference year after year, and it setting the tone for homegrown companies that want to make a difference.
Honest answer, I love working with the staff. De Young has done an excellent job with recruiting talented and intelligent individuals. From the salespersons, to the construction staff; everyone you come into contact with will be smiling and positive.
4. What do you enjoy about being a realtor in Fresno and Clovis?
I love making the American Dream come true for my homebuyers. A homebuyer will deal with over a dozen people in the purchase transaction, and the one person they’ll remember for years to come is; their Realtor. I still remember being a passenger in my parent’s Realtor’s car in the 80’s. I like bringing a mix of today’s technology and good “old fashioned concierge service” to each and every one of my clients.
5. Where do you see the Central Valley Real Estate market going in 2017?
Coming into the new year, the Central Valley Real Estate market is anyone’s prediction. With 2017 being so strong, I see continued forward momentum in 2018. I will predict moderate appreciation, and will predict that mortgage interest rates stay stable. New home building and land acquisition activity will continue to grow, and I hope to expect an increase in resale homes inventory. 2018 should be a great year for all homebuyers and home sellers!
