De Young Properties and valued trade partners participated in the highly anticipated 2026 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway, “Igni19 Dreams”, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony last week! This marks the 19th Dream Home built by donor De Young Properties in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. Experience the home in-person with free open house tours every weekend beginning March 28 through May 2, giving you a special chance to explore this incredible home before the big giveaway.

De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway go to St. Jude. Serving as major sponsor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway® house for the past 18 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $17.3 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,500 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising another $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Patients receive the customized care they need to treat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases, no matter what barriers they may face.
