Last week, De Young Properties celebrated the groundbreaking of its 19th St. Jude Dream Home®, named ‘Igni19 Hope,’ a home set to be awarded to a lucky winner in May.
In attendance at the ceremony was third generation of De Young Properties – Ryan De Young, Brandon De Young, Ashley De Young-Seibert and Paula De Young – along with the De Young Properties team, the builder and sponsor of the St. Jude Dream Home, supporting trade partners, campaign chair Misty Her and Justin Willis of FOX26.
The 1,871 sq. ft. beautifully designed home, located in De Young at The Landing, a well-established Fresno neighborhood, will be offered as the grand prize to help raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude. Serving as sponsor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 18 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $17.3 million for the hospital to date. A limited number of tickets will be available in February 2026 in the hopes of raising another $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.
