The 2026 “Igni19 Hope” St. Jude Dream Home, built by sponsor De Young Properties will be given away to one lucky winner of the 1,871 square foot home in the De Young at The Landing located in Fresno during the May 7 Giveaway on FOX26.

Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 19 St. Jude homes, helping to raise over $17.3 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

De Young Properties has dedicated this year’s campaign to the inspiring children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are being donated to St. Jude. Serving as major sponsor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway for the past 18 years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $17.3 million for the hospital to date. This year, 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising our goal of $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

De Young Properties combines their contribution and efforts with the generous help of trade partners who also donate their time, labor and resources to build this quality crafted home.
