Referral Program Guidelines

• Referring Party must complete Online Referral Form or Referral Form Flyer available at any De Young Welcome Center.
• Referred De Young Properties Buyer must provide De Young New Home Specialist the Referring Party name at the time of the first visit to the Welcome Center.
• Referring Party cannot be part of the referring transaction.
• Referral incentive is not available on any transaction with a cooperating broker referral fee.
• The Referring Party who currently owns a home built by De Young Properties, will need to provide proof of homeownership to a De Young New Home Specialist.
• Only one Referral incentive will be paid per new home transaction.
• Referred De Young Properties Buyer must enter into escrow within 60 days of the Online Referral Submission from Referring Party and complete purchase.
• Referral will be paid when Referred De Young Properties Buyer closes escrow on home and if all of the above terms and conditions are met.
• De Young Properties Referral Program is subject to change or termination without notice or obligation
