Collins began his military service in the mid-80’s as an active crew chief flight engineer for the heavy-lift helicopters. He went on to become a California Guard Military Officer, serving a total of 12 years. He has been married to his wife for 27 years, with two sons, ages 21 and 24.
Collins purchased his first De Young home in De Young at Mira Bella located in Fresno with views of Millerton Lake and the San Joaquin Valley. He, along with his wife and two sons were very excited to move into their spacious new home. When asked about why they chose De Young, Michael says “The home ended up being in a desirable location and the availability was key,” Michael said. “Living here, the neighborhood has been a blessing, along with the efficiency of the house.”
