De Young Properties received Award of Merit honors at the recent Pacific Coast Builders Conference, held June 5th in San Diego.

The local homebuilder was honored in a field of international entrants from around the world, earning an Award of Merit for “Zero Net Energy Home Design” for their Residence 185 at their Chestnut Grove community.
