2. De Young Properties Celebrates 50-Year Anniversary

Since 1974, De Young Properties has built quality crafted homes for Valley families to create treasured memories in. This year, De Young Properties was honored to celebrate the company’s significant milestone of building homes for families in the Central Valley! Now 50 years later and led by its third generation, De Young Properties continues their family legacy of building quality crafted homes for families to achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

3. De Young Properties Honored City of Fresno Proclamation

In September, De Young Properties was honored by the City of Fresno with an official De Young Properties Day Proclamation commemorating 50 years of exceptional service in the homebuilding industry within Central California. This prestigious recognition highlights De Young Properties' longstanding commitment to quality, innovation and community involvement. Trade partner Ron Wathen of QK, Inc. presented Ryan De Young, President of De Young Properties with the proclamation certificate at the company’s 50 Year Anniversary Celebration
 

4. Summerlin Walk Community Sells Out!

De Young Properties’ Summerlin Walk community sold out of homesites! Centrally located in a newly-established Fresno neighborhood with a planned pedestrian, nearby amenities and entertainment, all within the Clovis Unified School District, Summerlin Walk is the perfect neighborhood to start your new beginning. Summerlin Walk offers spacious homesites up to 7,200 sq. ft. with at least 10-feet from neighboring homes, providing privacy and room to breathe. The spaciousness continues inside the single- and two-story homes with open, flexible a convenient De Young SmartHome Discover Series floorplans, ranging from approximately 1,401 to 2,626 square feet, up to four bedrooms and two car garages.

5. De Young Properties honored with No.1 Homebuilder Award at 2024 People’s Choice Awards

De Young Properties received the top honor in the homebuilder category – snagging the #1 spot as the “Best New Home Builder” at the 2024 Fresno Bee’s Best of Central California” People’s Choice Awards – it has placed in the top 3 for the past 14 years! These annual awards are based on votes received from the community and we are beyond honored that our community chose us as the best!
 

6. De Young Successfully Raises $929,500 With the “Supreme 17” St. Jude Dream Home®

The 2024 “Supreme 17” St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway house, built by sponsor De Young Properties was given away to Connie Medina-Flores of Dinuba, who was selected as the lucky winner of the approximately 2,600 square foot home in the De Young Summerlin Walk located in a well-established Fresno neighborhood during the May 5 Giveaway on FOX26. With the incredible support of the community, who dug deep into their pockets and donated, the 2024 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign successfully raised $929,500 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2007, De Young Properties has been a sponsor of 17 St. Jude homes, helping to raise over $16.5 million to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other life-threatening childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

7. De Young Nominated as “Best Homebuilder” in CV LUX Awards

For the ninth year, CVLUX invited online readers of the magazine to vote for Central Valley’s favorite businesses through the Luxury Awards. De Young Properties is incredibly humbled to have been recognized as Best Home Builder!  Each year, CV LUX recognizes the Central Valley’s favorite businesses in culture, beauty, style, design and cuisine as voted on by the community.
 

8. De Young Properties launches two brand new floorplans – Residence 140 & 160+!

De Young Properties launched not one, but TWO new and exciting floorplans, Residence 140 at Sereno at Tesoro Viejo and Residence 160+.
