De Young Properties Helps To Successfully Raise $1,004,020 with St. Jude Dream Home®!

De Young Properties has served as the proud builder and major donor of the Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 raising $5.4 million to date to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Whether raising funds for children, building a home for a local hero or supporting local schools, non-profits and community groups, De Young gives dreams and hope to our community.

The 2012 Central Valley St. Jude Dream Home®, built by major donor De Young Properties, was given away to Brenda Lincoln of Fresno who was selected as the lucky winner of the new 2,064 sq. ft. home in the De Young Chestnut Grove community during the November 11th live television broadcast on KMPH FOX 26.

This year’s event sold all available tickets and successfully raised $1,004,020 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Over the last six years, De Young Properties has been a major donor and builder of six St. Jude Dream Homes, helping to raise $5,480,045 to help the kids of St. Jude fight cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. One hundred percent of the proceeds were donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley. “There is nothing more heart-wrenching than sick children and the opportunity that St. Jude gives these kids is incredible. I am happy to be able to donate to this great cause,” said Brenda Lincoln, winner of the 2012 St. Jude Dream Home®.
